Meg Wenning joined FDLC in 2022. Prior to that, she spent four years as an elementary school teacher, where she developed a passion for education and creative problem-solving. In her education career, Meg mastered rapport building, data analytics, and effective communication. As a highly effective general and special education teacher, she worked with educators and administrators to use data-driven strategies to foster growth and awareness for students.

 

At FDLC, Meg excels as a social media strategist, collaborating with nonprofits and local B2B firms to craft data-driven strategies that boost followership and brand awareness. She oversees social campaigns, content creation, and analytics, ensuring growth and stakeholder alignment across various platforms. With her ability to communicate clearly and thrive under tight deadlines, Meg creates impactful content that resonates with diverse audiences.

 

Outside of the office, you can find Meg at some of her favorite local thrift stores, curating art and furniture for home or snapping pictures of her cats.
